looking for nursery premises

I am looking at setting up a small nursery with a business partner. We plan to start small (upto a dozen kids) and grow gradually. We both have good experience both in teaching and business, but the hardest part of all seems to be finding a suitable premises. Does anyone who has set up a small nursery have any advice for us?? Thanks

Have you looked at all halls, scouts, community halls, clubs ets? I worked in a cricket pavilion once! The only other option is industrial units (we are on an industrial park and it works well!) but you have to pay an annual rent whereas we pay for when we are there (so no rent during holiday breaks).
