it was not my intention to be rude, and I am sorry if you read my message in that way. However, my nursery has just had a complaint logged about them to Ofsted, that CRB checks have not been carried out on staff and allegations of past misconduct to children by one of these unchecked staff, and this allegation was made by "someone who knew". After investigation by ofsted, who did not ignore it, it turned out to be totally untrue. But in the meantime caused an enormous amount of upset to everyone. And the person reporting it had no evidence or justification to make this allegation. All info relating to CRB's is confidential and it is unlikely that a manager would discuss these things with students, and I agree with Rohan whilst staff do talk, sometimes things are misunderstood, or stories end up like chinese whispers and the end story is nothing like the original.

well i jus think that you could of put it in a betterway thats all. non of use know if it is or isnt a rumour. june was asking for advice that is all i am tryingto put across. any i come on this sight for help and advice and to jus simply have a chat with or childcare workers not to fall out wiv anybody. so im sorry if i have affended any1.
