I work in a small day nursery where we have about 10 staff altogether. I am in charge of the 2-3's. We ALL contribute to the planning and I write it up. Each staff member is responsible for tidying the room that they are in for the session and at the end of the day, ALL staff must muck in and tidy the whole nursery. We have cleaners though. I'm not on £8 ph but then I'm on a touch more than £5.80. You really ought to find a job where they value you more cause we would bite off your hand!!
