Community Nursery Nurse

Hi, I know there is another thread on this, but a lot of the posts are quite old, i'm hoping to get some advice on CNN's role and application form help!! I'm a BTEC qualified nursery nurse, worked as a room leader for a year, then left to become a nursing assistant on a childrens hospital ward, i have been desperately looking for a CNN job, and one has come up near by me!!! does anyone have any tips on anything i could put on app. form or any (hopefully!) interview tips!
