what is the average to pay. We are north east. what other benefits are available. I am going to advertise soon, i have been managing the setting but need a few months off so not really come up with this before.

ps. I am on £22,000 and I am the owner. Think this is decent for this area.

My managers are on 19,500 and my deputies are on 16,000. We are in Essex.
