EYP job title and description

Been reading all the threads from people who are training or have completed EYPS. Are you being given a different job title in your setting once you achieve EYPS, if so what? What changes have been made to your job description?
There doesn't seem to be any suggested or recommended job title from CWDC. Also, I employ a full time manager who will still have day to day charge of the nursery, ie staffing, welfare, etc while my EYP will work with/alongisde the manager to develop the "learning" side of things. Any ideas?
