Early Years Professional Status

I gained my EYPS in January and think it is fantastic that early years workers have a status to work towards. There is now a definite path that practitioners can follow if they wish. It might not be easy but it is there for those who are willing and able to complete it. The profile and professionalism of early years workers needs to be raised and hopefully this will be the start of it.
