Advice, Please!!

Hi, I have a interview for a nursery officer post soon as part of the interview I have been informed that I will need to do a 10 minute case study action plan!! That is all the info I have. Does anyone have any ideas what this action plan etc might entail or any advice for the interview, PLEASE?!
Also in previous interviews I have been told the reason I have not got it is because I do not have enough experince, I know this is not meant as qualifications as I have a foundation degree, so any ideas how I can boost the experince part? I've worked with children for nearly six years just in different settings not necesarily just in a nursery setting!!
