I know that Muslims don't eat Pork, and they only eat lamb, beef, fish, and shellfish if it is halal. They only eat some cheese and they don't eat milk/yoghurt with rennet.
Jews don't eat Pork and shellfish, they only eat beef, lamb and chicken if it is kosher. They also only eat milk/yoghurt and yoghurt without meat and they only eat eggs that don't have any blood spots.
Hindu's eat some lambe, some chicken, some cheese, some eggs and some shellfish.
Any way that's all I can help you with I hope that is a bit useful.
let me know how you get on.
