What am I? Qualified or not?

Hi everyone, Help!
currently i am student studying for a Ba hons degreee in Early Years education studies. At the end of term I have finished year 1 and will achieve a certificate in Early Years at Higher Education level. Does this mean i can be classed as qualified in the nursery where i work. I have been told that first year at uni is the equivelant to NVQ level 4 but i am not sure if this is true
Any ideas?

Yes you will be qualified to level 4 if you pass the year.
