Hi soxzgeorge
Sorry I've took so long to get back to you. What you have to do first is to get the out of school club standard from ofsted. I take it that you already have premises and these can be solely use for out of school club children. Is it a building outwith the premises of the school? Does it meet with fire and building regulations, does it need to have planning for change of use? Most importantly start to advertise now! get the school to sent flyers home with the children. Even if you don't have a positive date for opening, if you have some indication of what month, after Christmas, at the start of the Easter holidays etc, get the word out now so that you have children ready to start as soon as you open.
