you do need to apply to uni to do teaching. u have to have level 4 qualification.

If you go in as a mature student (dont know your age!) they value your experience more!
And if you go in as an undergraduate you should be ok with your A Levels (depending on thier subjects!), although all uni's have different entry requirements, I'd contact a few and sound it out with them!!
I'm sure you'll be fighting them off with a stick and from your past posts am sure you will make an ace teacher!!
