Hi
An NNEB is classed as a level 3 qualification and is sufficent for you to open and manage a nursery.
The degree is also ok but backed up with the NNEB will put you in a better postion as most degrees are theory based whereas as the NNED or NVQ etc is based on knowledge and practice.
