Hi i'm a early years educator
I currently working in a children's early years centre. i do enjoy what i do,but i feel there isn't enough opportuntity for promotion.i have acted as a team leader, while my team leader was a way for a long period.if she's not around people expect me to jump in and do the job.I think it's time for me to move on and take on a new challenge.if any one knows any good web sites for jobs or has any advice i would be grateful.i'm also interested in family support work.

Hello

Have you ever thought of training to be a hospital play specialist? By the sound of it you would be excellent, and maybe the extra challenge you want with lots of simular aspects to your current work. You would still work with a wide range, possibly wider, of professionals, work with children and young people with many different ages and conditions, and no day would ever be the same.

I have been a hospital play specialist for eight years and there are always as many new challenges as you want to be involved in, and i love going to work ever day. If you want to discuss it more you are welcome to email me at hattyhar@yahoo.co.uk
