As of this monday the nursery i work in has just started to have its meals supplied by an outside catering company, The first day was chaotic, today was a little better, how do other nurserys deal with the different meals, eg, dairy free, no E's etc, when sorting out the meals for the day. The main meal comes in 2 separate containers, we have 5 rooms, the special diets come separate, but we seem to be taking a while sorting it all out. thanx
