If you work 6 hours or more you get a 20 min break. Sorry if staff are not getting a break that is disgusting the nursery should have enough staff to cover this. No wonder decent people don't work in childcare "slave labour"!
sorry if I am sounding harsh but staff need breaks and it not nursery managers and ownersshould know the law.
