sorry that sent before it finished...if it is just about the managers relationship with staff that bothers you. If you think the nursery is doing a poor job then definitely report them. Good luck and let us know what happens

I felt compelled to reply as I was concerned about your advice. If a child's welfare is being compromised then all staff/human beings have a duty of care to that child. If the nursery is not being run correctly then something needs doing about it. Do not put your head in the sand, do something about it.
ps. on a different note, congratulations on passing yr recent qualification..
