hiya all
i know were only in october but really want some ideas for any christmas activities, arts, crafts, presents, calendars etc so we can get organised with resources. any suggestions wil be brilliant.
oh for children age 0-5 please

I generally get a large selection of items such as pom poms, glitter glue and paint, shaped cut outs etc. There are loads of activity books as well as well-known craft suppliers that you can order items from. Remember to keep the activities as simple as possible as the aim now-a-days is to let the children do as much of the work themselves with support if needed.

I don't know if you have heard of it but there is a website www.underfives.co.uk that I found quite useful when doing activites with the children in nursery as I'm not very creative myself. It has alsorts on there activites, colouring in picture and resources. Its useful for all year round.
