me too - strugling that is..
i think i have settled on:
changing roles of nursery nurse.. or
the impact of goverment policies on nursery nurses role ...or
from nursery nurse to early years practractioner - what it means and how did we get there - the feeling/views from the practioners
as you can see they are all the same theme but with slightly diff angle .
