ive just started a new job in the childcare field im already qualified and im about to receive my 1st ofsted report can anyone give me a nint of what actually goes on. i mean ofsted class inspection.

ofsted ? In Scotland we have "Care Commission" Inspections in our Nurseries(yearly)~ is this the same thing?
