I can only agree that the 10 hour shifts are long, but hey the 2 1/2 days or the 1 full day are fantsatic.I have worked in nurseries 9-5 but I would prefer to do the extra 2 hours over 3 days.
I know that everyone moans about each other and unfortunatley that life, but some people just have to grow up!!!!!!(You all know who I mean)
I can only agree that some of the shift patterns are stupid but his is due to bad management and it needs to be reported to head office. Come on all of the staff who are upset give head office a call!!!!!! (Be brave)
