Hi, Nixster,
Just seen your message about writing Policies. The Pre School Learning Alliance have an excellent book with pro forma Policies in them which are Ofsted approved. Also there is a good book called Good Practice in Nursery Management, think its published by Nelson Thornes and with this you get a CD-rom and there are also pro forma policies on there. Hope this helps.
