In my setting the staff weekly working rota is changed every week to adapt to cover holidays, change in room numbers etc. It takes alot of time to plan staffs shifts every week and staff are not getting their rota until the friday before the next week (which im sure is against the law. Was wondering how rotas are done in other settings, whether they are set the same every week or change. If their set how do you cover a staff holiday or adapt to changing room numbers? Any ideas would be great.
