i am struggling to recruita supervisor or room leader or to be honest a nursery nurse.
where is everyone??
supervisors are more difficult as they must have experience and a mature approach and have a good level of understanding.
i find that when nursery nurses reach a certain age they have children and either leave the profession or return part time.
my supervisors must be able to work full time for the childrens and nurseries continuity.
any suggestions anyone? im basically having a moan as im feeling frustrated.
