Hi thanks for the book info will be having a look at getting one.I have gone back to nursery work after having 2 years out and am getting my head around birth to three matters but would love any useful tips or information on planning,just to see if what I am doing is correct as my nursery have only just started doin it and haven't really a clue.thanks Thalia
