You are so right 106Chick! Some people cannot see the difference between the staff at Leapfrog and the company itself. Sometimes parents think that the company is good because their children are cared for. Dear parents, you are happy and trust the adults who are looking after your little ones. Should we mention how happy children are when they go to nursery?Nobody is moaning about that. To me, what Leapfrog employees have been moaning about is the lack of care that the COMPANY has for both the children and the staff, as it is the NN or NA who is the direct responsible for the child. I have seen girls spending their own money in toys, cleaning supplies, etc. and worrying about the quality of care they are giving. On the other hand, I would like to know if the biggest worry at head office is designing a new Leapfrog daily sheet or making sure that all the girls are wearing navy blue socks.
