Hi,
I have BA hons degree in playwork, i completed it last year and since been working as a parental involvment worker (out reach) for sure start. Experiance is good to have, lucky for me I worked for 5 years in a day nursery before going to uni. I shall now be stating as a community Nursery nurse which is what I wanted to do!
I would say, stick it for a while ( for experiance) then try and move on, you will earn more money and be appricated if you try and get a community job. Nurserys will not pay you what you are worth!!
