I hope those who answered my last post re unpaid fees can help again......I now have debt collectors on hand,but don't know if their % rates are fair....15% basic on fees collected.If agreed with parent to pay by instalments...that goes up to 25%,and if their £80 fee is not paid by the parent I have to pay it....doesn't seem fair....so my £250 debt..could end up as a net payment of only £115.00.All debt collectors the same???.advice please...
