Thanks,newsetting....you are always so helpful...Parenta was the first and only company that I have checked out(literature etc) but the set up cost was so much....so lucky I didn't go down that road...will check with my bank...do you bill the parents ahead of the notification of the standing order....(just like my Aol phone bill I think).....
