Hi,Don't be scared at least you will not be phased when they ask you these questions,it will show them you have heard these terms before and that you have given the interview lots of thought.You should be proud of yourself to get an interview as that is the hard bit getting shortlisted.
In reply to your post i have never heard of webster stratton,where have you heard about it?
I work on my own most of the time,it's great.My work is generated from the Health Visitors and myself,follow up appointments.Motivation is not a problem as we have a very busy caseload.It's like being self employed in some ways but with having the security of a regular salary,holidays etc.
Supporting parents and families is a big part of my role,I have my own equipment which i take around to the houses,most of the houses do not have any toys and the children do not know how to play.
