Hi Birbs,
You are not alone, no one just finishing college has much experience. As long as you are not expecting to get a room supervisor, deputy or managers job the minute you finish college you should not have any problems. We had to start with very little experience, you get that by working. Don't worry. Look on the positive side, you have your qualification and a lot to offer, sell yourself girl and go for it.
