I am currently researching recruitment and retention issues in day nurseries.

An area I am interested in is the incentives offered to staff e.g additional holiday for no/ low sickness abscences, bonuses, pay rises, flexible working.

I would be interested to hear the views of those working within day nurseries either relating to incentives received or those felt to be worthwhile implementing.
