I've had a similar situation reciently, I got both members in the room together and we talked every thing through but during this meeting a realised that these two people were not going to be able to sort their differences out, so I split them up and gave them opposite shifts for a few weeks, I am now at the stage that I can occasionally put them together and they seem to be getting on o.k. I think it's a shame that they can't behave like adults.
