I feel so sorry that you have had such a bad experience with the company 106Chick. I can't imagine how you all must have felt to hear that you would all be out of a job.
I have worked for the company for just over 5 years and worked my way up to BRM, and while I love my job and think the girls I work with are fantastic, I think that the company itself does not represent the staff fairly and look out for their needs.
I am fortunate enough that the nursery I work in does not encounter many of the problems bought up on this thread, but even so it is easy to see that the reason Leapfrog is such a large chain is because of all of the hard work and dedication of the staff. Its just such a shame that the big people don't recognize this and show a little gratitude.
Good luck to all of you who are losing your jobs, I hope you find yourself with employers who value their staff more and which makes you feel like you are looking forward to going to work in the morning!
