I am doing my NVQ level 3 training through my employers,and i am totally frustrated.I signed on to their programme in October 04, but did not recieve my "pack" until May 05.In this time i could not do any work,i have discussed this at great length at branch level and also at head office, but do not get any answers,i wish i had never bothered, i am married with two children,work full-time and can do without all this hassle.
