Forget this qualification.
You do not need to be qualified to get a job as a nursery assistant, suprisingly enough. And lack of experience does not necessarily bar you from getting a job.
How you sell yourself is most important.
Back to this qualification, it will cost you over £300, if you do an NVQ you can be funded by Train to Gain or the Early Years Partnership and it won't cost you anything or max £100. If you can get a placement albeit on mimimum wage, and don't expect anything else, your employer may well pay any outstanding amount.
The statement in this qualification spiel that you can earn salaries up to £28000 is complete and utter NONSENSE !!!!!!!!!
