I think this all depends on your attatude in any job its difficult to go right in and start making changes its better to make yourself familiar with the routines of the children and the way the nursery is run before you can really know what you are talking about. Sometimes things the staff will be doing with a particular child may seem confusing however they best know the needs of that child so really you need some experience before you can start implementing your own ideas.
