that is the nail on the head. myself and the fab staff team recieve absolutley no reward and are certainly not appreciated for our hard work and dedication. we are what make the buisness a success and we create their profit yet we struggle along on 5.80 and hour for a senior wage, i dread to think what my fantastic practitoners and assistants are on!!!
