unfortunately the only ref letter u get from them, is a bog standard letter from someone who has never met u, or knows how hard u work, or how u r with children, parents and other staff.
from the ref letters ive seen they r less than 1/2 page long with their stupid logo taking up most of it.
so if anybody was expecting a good ref, forget it!!
they r already on their pc and they just change ur name and job title, thats all.
