Hi Baby_girl,
I was really interested to hear your comments. You obviously love to work with children. Do you feel that your training prepared you for the paper work and planning?
Perceived lack of respect from management is a common occurence. How/have you managed to resolve the issue with you Deputy Manager?
Do you happen to work in a Nottingham nursery?
