hiya, i was deputy manager in a nursery and found the bitchness terrible. As soon as one person left the room they were in the line of attack. i Tried team building exercises, nights out but the bitchness never failed to come back on monday morning. The bitchness did then develope into staff bullying so a new team was arranged but i see it happening again a remark here and a remark there.
