i think that obviously the 'leapfrog way' is to make as much money as possible from the parents and give nothing back!!!!
what a good idea to put the fees back up and give nothing back in benefits to the parents, especially after the 'goodwill' of reducing the fees a while ago.
I think not!!!!!
why is leapfrog in such a mess? trying to be too big too soon, thats why.
at my nursery there has been approx about 9 staff leave in the last 2 months because they are so fed up with the company and gone where the grass is greener, they have all got jobs with better working conditions - more money, better benefits such as holidays, less hours, prospects etc.
with this many staff leaving
and children also leaving its bit empty and i cant ever see it being busy again.
another one for closure?
