hi everyone i used to work at leapfrog in smithfield,and i tell you i hated it so much the girls made my life a misery they where so rude about everything and gossip just spread like fire it was awful,and there was staff there who just sat in front of kids and talked abuot sex and men i couidnt believe it,and these poor parents have no idea what goes on there its so sad.and i was so fed up with 10 hour days they where sooo long and plus i had to travel it was awful i wouid be tired by day two and i wouid get a monday off or a friday which was too long for me .but when i spoke to the manager i was told i have to do 10 hour days coz its in my contract well my contract said 40 hours not 10 hour days,i mean this is childcare how can they make u people work like that i will never understand,this is the first nursery i hav been to that does these stupid shifts and its pathetic.
