had a think. Do you not think that if the ratio is so high that this sort of behaviour could be attention seekeing? With so many children and so many chores is it the case that the only time the childdren are getting staff to themselves is when they misbehave. I know this may sound obvious but do they get just as much attention for good behaviour?
