A Framework Agreement for the Provision of Learning and Development Services for Local Authority Staff, and Staff and Practitioners Working with Adults and Children

Devon County Council invites Expressions of Interest from organisations who can offer Learning and Development Services to Local Authority Staff, and Staff and Practitioners Working with Adults and Children. Detailed specification information is available within the tender documentation. This procurement will establish a Framework Agreement with a list of suppliers who will provide training services in one or more lots as detailed in the tender. The Framework duration will be for a period of 24 months with an option to extend for 12 plus 12 months.

The closing date for completed Tender returns is 12 noon on Thursday, 8 December 2011  Tender documents are now available and are issued electronically through Devon County Council’s electronic tendering site www.devontenders.gov.uk 

This tender will be carried out as a one-stage process in which the price submitted, the quality of the service to be delivered, and the suitability of the tendering organisation will be evaluated against criteria designed to ensure that service users receive a consistently high quality of service which delivers good value for money.
